Crossing over the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge continue west on Singleton Boulevard to Sylvan Avenue (Ray’s Gun Shop is on the corner).
At the light, take a left onto Sylvan Avenue.
Take a left at the first street. This is Fabrication Street.
There is no street sign due to construction. It is across the street from Duluth Street. J & R Recycling is on the corner of Fabrication.
Go down pass the graffiti buildings, some of the best in Dallas!
On the right is 516 Fabrication, a building with a blue band.
Go through the gate and park for free.
